Bonus

All employees who complete three years with iPlace earn longevity bonuses on each subsequent anniversary they stay with the company.  Longevity bonuses start at an extra four weeks pay and grow to an extra six weeks pay after five years.

Coaching

Any employee can schedule career coaching sessions with any member of iPlace’s management team.

All senior employees are assigned a career coach.

Having Fun at iPlace

Once in a while everyone needs a break from the work demands of international sourcing and recruiting. At iPlace we know how to have fun and work hard. The company organizes non-work fun events and most iPlacers socialize outside of work. We understand that home life is also important, and believe in work-life balance.

Magarpatta City

iPlace’s International Recruiting Center is located in Cybercity Magarpatta, the largest private Software Technology Park in India. Magarpatta City is a complete city within a city with recreational facilities, residential apartments, commercial offices, and a shopping mall built on over 400 acres of land. The City has gourmet restaurants, coffee shops, an amphitheater, a gymnasium, shopping and entertainment centers, golf clubs and more. It is a perfect get away after a hard day’s work. All this is walking distance from iPlace. If you stay within Magarpatta City, you can literally walk to work!

Enthusiastic iPlacers sweat it out on the sports field in Magarpatta City on the weekends. We love to laugh; iPlacers know how to work hard and party harder. Our annual anniversary parties in May are the coolest in town!

More than Just Work

iPlace’s entertainment committee organizes fun events every Friday. The entertainment committee was the brainchild of iPlace employees and is run voluntarily by the employees.

Each Friday our sourcers hold a “funzy” event for the dayshift. Every Saturday morning after the nightshift, our recruiters watch a movie organized by the movie club of iPlace called iScope.

Both Indian and American festivals are celebrated with equal fervor here. Our employees get gift vouchers for their birthdays and anniversaries. At least twice a year team building activities are organized for the entire the company.
