Certification helps employees identify gaps in their skills so that they can work on their weaknesses through intensive one-on-one and group training. Certification also helps employees identify strengths that can be used to implement successful sourcing and recruiting strategies for their clients.
Certification test scores are one of the elements that determine employees’ base compensation. Employees can retake certification test modules up to three times. Through hard work and practice, certification puts compensation in the hands of our employees.

Each sourcer and recruiter has different performance goals based on the needs of his or her clients. We collect and report detailed performance data each week. Client performance scores are one of the elements that determine employees’ base compensation.

Freshers join iPlace through iPlace Academy, a two-month rigorous training program. Unlike training programs offered by many other companies, iPlace pays its trainees. Those who graduate are well on their way to becoming professional international sourcers and recruiters.
iPlace accepts only 12 percent of the applicants who apply to be trainees. You will need to constantly show progress to stay in the program. You will have nightly homework, prepare numerous presentations, take weekly tests, and need to complete a final certification. 40 percent of trainees who start iPlace Academy flunk out. Do you want to be the best? Are you up to the challenge?

iLead is iPlace’s leadership development program. The goals of this program are:

We call our core values our iPlace Way behaviors, and we live by them every day. Once a year our employees vote for the employee who they feel best exemplifies our iPlace Way behaviors. The highest vote getters are our finalists for our Mission Award. The winner of the Mission Award is sent on an all expenses paid four-day vacation to a five star resort. iPlace Way behaviors are also one of the elements that determine employees’ base compensation.
